Understanding Interior Parameters in Mozaik
This article covers all Interior category parameters in Mozaik. These settings control shelf placement, stretcher configuration, drawer partitions, rollout depth, and tray clearance inside the cabinet box. Changes to these parameters affect the entire job unless overridden at the individual cabinet level.
Parameters
AShLen — Adjustable Shelf Length Minus Sets the total amount subtracted from the cabinet's interior opening to calculate the adjustable shelf length. This value is split equally across both sides. For example, if AShLen is set to 3/16", there will be 3/32" of clearance on each side. The correct value will vary based on the type of shelf support used.
AShDep — Adjustable Shelf Depth Minus for Base Cabinets Sets how much is subtracted from the depth of an adjustable shelf in base cabinets. Enter the total amount you want taken off the shelf depth.
AShDepW — Adjustable Shelf Depth Minus for Wall Cabinets Sets how much is subtracted from the depth of an adjustable shelf in wall cabinets. Enter the total amount you want taken off the shelf depth.
ShelfHB — First Shelf Opening Height for Base Cabinets Sets the typical height of the first shelf opening from the bottom of base cabinets. This controls where the first adjustable shelf is placed. Can be modified on a cabinet-by-cabinet basis.
- Note: Set this value to zero to have equally spaced openings.
Shelf1HW — First Shelf Opening Height for Wall Cabinets Sets the typical height of the first shelf opening from the bottom of wall cabinets. Can be modified on a cabinet-by-cabinet basis.
- Note: Set this value to zero to have equally spaced openings.
Shelf2HW — Second Shelf Opening Height for Wall Cabinets Sets the typical height of the second shelf opening from the bottom of wall cabinets. Can be modified on a cabinet-by-cabinet basis.
- Note: Set this value to zero to have equally spaced openings.
RSDMinus — Rollout Shelf Depth Minus Sets the amount subtracted from the depth of rollout shelves placed in the Interior Tab. Enter the amount to subtract from rollout shelves with guides.
MidStretcherW — Stretcher Width for Interior Stretchers Sets the width of the stretchers placed between doors and drawers inside the cabinet. Used with the Automate Interior option in the Product Editor.
DrwStr — Drawer Stretcher Alignment Controls how drawer stretchers are aligned when using the Automate Interior option in the Product Editor.
- None — No stretcher will be added.
- Flush Top — Stretcher's top will be aligned with the face split.
- Flush Bottom — Stretcher's bottom will be aligned with the face split.
- Centered — Stretcher will be centered in the face split.
TopDrwStr — Top Drawer Stretcher Alignment Controls how the top drawer stretcher is aligned when using the Automate Interior option in the Product Editor.
- None — No stretcher will be added.
- Flush Top — Stretcher's top will be aligned with the face split.
- Flush Bottom — Stretcher's bottom will be aligned with the face split.
- Centered — Stretcher will be centered in the face split.
DrwPartition — Drawer Partition Style Controls the partition style added between drawer sections when using the Automate Interior option in the Product Editor.
- None — No partition will be added.
- Single — One partition will be added and centered in the face split.
- Double — Two stretchers will be added and centered on the face split.
RearDrwStretchers — Add Rear Drawer Stretchers Set to YES to add rear drawer stretchers to the cabinet. The width of the rear drawer stretchers will match the MidStretcherW value.
StretcherTenons — How to Tenon Stretchers Controls whether mid stretchers are tenoned blind on the front and rear, or front only.
- Front and Rear — Stretchers are blind tenoned on both the front and rear ends.
- Front Only — Stretchers are blind tenoned on the front end only.
TyDorCl — Add Clearance for Tray at Door Sets the clearance added for spacers where a tray meets a door hinge. This clearance is added in addition to the standard guide clearance.
