Note: The NBM Labels Tab is only available if you have Mozaik CNC or Enterprise version. If you do not see this tab after you have nested the parts, contact Mozaik support to add it to your subscription.
The NBM Labels Tab lets you print custom nested labels for each part directly from your optimized patterns. Labels are printed per sheet and tracked visually — parts that have been printed will appear green on the pattern.
1. Viewing Your Patterns
Click a material in the Materials list on the left to display its patterns. The main area shows all sheets for that material. Double-click any sheet to view it one at a time. Click View All Patterns to return to the full view.
The summary at the top shows the job name, material, trim settings, yield percentage, and which pattern you are currently viewing.
2. Auto-Labeler Label Position
Click the tag icon at the top right of the pattern view to edit the position of labels for automatic labeling on your machine. Use this if your machine applies labels automatically and the position needs to be adjusted.
3. Sidebar Tools
- Label Settings — Choose your label template, printer, and layout before printing.
- View Label — Preview the label for the selected part before printing.
- Print Label — Prints the label for the currently selected part.
- Print All — Prints all labels. If you are viewing a single sheet, it will print all labels for that sheet only. If you are viewing all patterns, it will print every label in the job. Parts with printed labels will turn green on the pattern.
- View All Patterns — Returns to the full pattern view after viewing a single sheet.
- Mark Complete — Marks all labels on the current sheet as printed without physically printing them.
Troubleshooting
- The Labels Tab is not visible: This tab requires an active NBM Labels subscription which is now a core feature for Mozaik CNC Version and Mozaik Enterprise version. Contact Mozaik support if you need to add it.
- Labels are not turning green after printing: Use Mark Complete to manually flag the sheet's labels as printed.
- I need to print labels for just one sheet: Double-click that sheet to open the single-sheet view, then click Print All. It will only print labels for that sheet.
- My label layout or printer needs to be changed: Click Label Settings before printing to update your template, printer selection, or layout.
