LCK files are temporary files created within the job folder that is designed to keep the access of job data to one device at a time. This file is then disposed of automatically when that job is closed.
In some cases, this file fails to be deleted from the folder in question.
This is a common issue that occurs when a job is not properly closed in the software or when there's an interruption in the system, such as when reinstalling the software.
To troubleshoot this, navigate to the specific Job folder that is locked and delete the MozaikJob.LCK file.
Once deleted, try opening the job again in Mozaik - it should now be accessible. Repeat for any other locked jobs as needed
