The following instructions demonstrate how to create a Custom Label.
In Mozaik go to File -> Print -> Print Labels.
Click the pencil icon beside the Select Label dropdown menu to open the Label Editor.
From the Label Selection Dropdown menu, choose Add Label Template.
Enter a Name for the Label -> Ok.
In Label Setup, set the Type.
The label types and their uses are as follows:
- Cabinet: cabinet labels printed from Mozaik
- Part: part labels printed from Mozaik
- Nested: part labels printed from the Optimizer
- Paperless Shop Nested: part labels printed from Labels App
- Paperless Shop Cabinet: cabinet labels printed from Assembly App
Set the label size: you can choose a standard label size and click 'Use,' or enter in your own dimensions and click Ok.
If you want the labels to print in landscape orientation you'll check the Print Landscape checkbox.
Once the Label Setup is chosen, click Ok
Add any variables that you want to include for the label & design it to your specifications.
Take note, the variables & drawings available will change based on which label type you select.
To export your label for use in Paperless Shop you'll click Export from the Label Template Editor and save your label template. You'll then add that file to the C:\Mozaik\Paperless Shop\Label App\Templates\Mozaik folder.
To transfer your Label Templates to the CNC Operator go to C:/Mozaik/Data, and with the CNC Operator closed, copy and paste the MultiPrintLabelTemplates.xml file into the C:/MozaikCNCOperator/Data folder. You should be able to find and use your label template when you next open CNC Operator
