Outlined below are the steps to requesting a Post Processor and Scheduling your Post Integration session
(Initial Hour is free, each additional hour is billed at $95 per hour).
1) The first step is to ensure you have upgraded to the CNC or Enterprise version of the software, as this will provide you with the ability to generate G-Code (If you already have one of these versions, then this can be disregarded).
2) Once this account has been adjusted, you would need to fill out the post request form to ensure we have the necessary details about your CNC machine. This can be accessed by going to Tools > Request CNC Post Processor and selecting your machine. Please fill out all requested information in the form.
3) Once this form is complete, the post processor should be imported into the software and available for use.
If you need help installing your post, setting up your Machine Library, or adjusting the post for your machine; please email a training request to training@mozaiksoftware.com and the training coordinator will assist you in setting up an online training session with one of our CNC Technicians. Subscription holders are provided a FREE CNC integration for one machine lasting up to one hour. This is NOT a training session, this is a post integration session to assist you in setting up the post, the machine library, your CNC tooling, and creating a test G-Code file.
