When sending a job to the Help Desk that fails to transmit, Mozaik will prompt you with an option to create a .dat file. If this occurs, please select "Yes" to generate this file, which you can then manually attach and send to us through your email provider.
This process ensures we receive your job information in a format that allows our team to properly examine and troubleshoot your specific issue.
