Install the CNC Operator on the desired device.
Once installed, you will get prompted with a UserID and an option to ‘Request Code’ to activate the program.
After a short processing time you will get an authorization code to activate.
In the meantime, you can open your current optimizer and export some data you will use to configure your CNC Operator seat.
In the optimizer under the Settings menu, we have two options: Import & Export Settings.
Lets choose Export Settings.
This will output a file containing the latest Post, Machine, Tooling, & Material Settings to update your CNC Operator seat.
Typically, we will do this whenever there are Machine, Post, or Tooling changes we want to bring up to date.
Once the CNC Operator is activated, bring the exported settings file to the computer and use the Import Settings option in the Operator to load the new settings.
Now your CNC Operator is ready to be setup to load Jobs.
To export a new job to the CNC Operator start in The Optimizer.
With a job open go to the File-Export-Export to CNC Operator.
In the export menu, you can make your selection of materials to export.
Most importantly you want to specify you Export Directory location.
This can be a Removable Drive, Shared Folder, or a Preferred Local Folder.
Ultimately, we want these files to arrive at the CNC Operator computer for import.
Back in the CNC Operator open the File-Import option to load the job files.
Navigate to the import location to load the new job.
To Streamline this process, we can choose where our default import location is located.
Under the settings-Preferences in the CNC Operator you can configure the location of the Jobs Directory.
By default this is located in the C:\MozaikCNCOperator\Jobs Location.
The CNC operator will automatically open this location first when importing new jobs.
