This guide provides step-by-step instructions for cancelling a Mozaik subscription through your Cyncly account portal.

To cancel a subscription, you must have an Admin login for your Cyncly Account.
Cancelling your subscription
- Sign in to your Cyncly account and click Manage Subscriptions & Products in the sidebar.

Click Manage Subscription for the specific product you wish to cancel.
- Click Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Renewal).
- Click Confirm to finalize your change.
Please note: The subscription will be cancelled at the renewal date and not immediately. After confirming, your End Date will appear in red, indicating it will not be renewed after that date.
