To adjust the direction of the Lock Dowel Tool Path, you just need to make one minor modification in the Joint Fastener template. Go to the Joint Fasteners Section (Libraries->Hardware->Fasteners) and add a 64mm offset to your 4.5mm route path. See image below.
That adjustment will reverse the direction that your lockdowels.
