This article describes how to download and use the Cadmate TeamViewer app to connect with our support team. A remote session allows us to connect directly to your machine to provide faster, more precise assistance when an issue cannot be replicated on our systems or may be specific to your computer's configuration.

Downloading the Cadmate TeamViewer app
To download the application:
- Use the hyperlink below to download the application. This link will open in a new tab.
- Once the download is complete, run the application.
Connecting for your remote session
To connect with the support team:
- Open the Cadmate TeamViewer application.
- Read and accept the EULA and the DPA, then select Continue.
- Enter your name in the provided field.
- Select Join session.

- TeamViewer will connect automatically and notify the support technician that you are ready. A technician will call you when they are available to begin the session, which may not be immediate.
