Follow this guide to transfer your Mozaik license, migrate your data, and activate the software on a new computer.

Install Mozaik on the new computer
- Download the Mozaik Installer and install Mozaik on your new computer.
- Open Mozaik to generate a new User ID.
- Record this new User ID. You will need it for the transfer request.
Transfer your Mozaik data
You must move your libraries and settings from the old computer to the new one manually.
Warning: The following steps will overwrite the default installation files on your new computer. Ensure you have backed up any existing work on the new machine if applicable.
- On your old computer, navigate to the C: drive in File Explorer.
- Copy the entire Mozaik folder.
- Paste the folder onto a USB drive or external storage device.
- Insert the USB drive into your new computer.
- Copy the Mozaik folder from the USB drive and paste it into the C: drive of the new computer.
- Select Replace the files in the destination when prompted to overwrite.
Retrieve the User ID from the old computer
- Open Mozaik on your old computer.
- Click the Help menu and select About.
- Record the User ID displayed in the dialog box.
Request the license transfer
Send an email to the support team to process the license swap. You may use the template below.

Activate Mozaik on your new computer
The support team will respond with a new Authorization Code (typically within 1-2 business days).
- Open Mozaik on the new computer.
- Copy the Authorization Code received from support.
- Paste the code into the Authorization fields.
- Click OK to finalize activation.
